This notice covers LYVGO’s current travel-discovery service. LYVGO does not sell a reservation, take payment or request passport details. The business operator identity and privacy contact must be published before LYVGO accepts any paid Club subscription, payment or commercial travel booking.
Account and saved searches
Sign-in provides an account identifier, email address and, when available, a display name. We use the identifier to keep saved trip searches, favourite and dream destinations, Club interest and any future reward entries separate for each account. We do not ask for passport details or payment card information.
Your region
Seasonal inspiration may use a broad country signal supplied by the hosting service or your browser’s time zone. You can choose a different region. The chosen region is stored on this device. We do not request precise GPS location. The interface also selects a supported language from your browser language unless you choose another one; that functional preference stays in your browser’s local storage.
Anonymous analytics
Optional analytics are off until you allow them. If allowed, LYVGO records only aggregate product events such as a season change, destination selection, search, provider visit, sign-in start or Club-list registration. It does not attach an account ID, email address, route, travel dates, IP address or outbound URL to those events. LYVGO does not install advertising pixels or optional third-party analytics.

When you open another website
A provider link can include your destination, dates, adult count and room count. These details are sent to that provider when you open its link. Its own privacy notice then applies. Account email addresses, names, payment details, passport data and reward records are not included in provider search links. Licensed live-search requests are fetched without a cache and are not written into LYVGO’s database.
Newsletter and product suggestions
Newsletter registration opens only after an approved email-delivery service and public privacy contact are configured. It requires a clear opt-in and double confirmation; before then, LYVGO does not collect newsletter email addresses. LYVGO does not send booking confirmations or payment messages from that list. Signed-in suggestions are limited to product feedback, associated with the account identifier to prevent abuse, and are not shared with travel providers.
Cookies and storage
LYVGO uses authentication storage needed for sign-in and local device storage for your selected region, interface language and analytics choice. No advertising pixels or optional third-party analytics have been installed. If you deliberately load Expedia’s embedded search, its script may set or read Expedia and partner cookies under Expedia’s own notice; that script does not load automatically. External websites may use their own cookies.
Your choices
You can remove a saved trip or saved destination from your active account collection. This archives the record rather than immediately erasing it. You can change the analytics choice above or clear your region and language preferences in your browser’s site-data settings. Until a public privacy contact is published, request full account or record deletion through the project owner in the conversation where access was provided.
Retention and public launch
Records are kept only as long as needed for the current service or until deletion is requested. A final retention schedule, controller contact, lawful bases, processors, international transfer information and data-rights process must be published before paid memberships, commercial booking flows or broader account registration are opened.
